Digital Products

ClarityNest Digital sells digital products, including downloadable spreadsheets, calculators, planners, trackers, organizers, templates, and digital bundles. No physical products are shipped.

Because our products are digital and are made available for download after purchase, all sales are generally final once the digital product has been delivered or accessed, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Please review the product description, compatibility information, included languages, and product features carefully before completing your purchase.

Problems With Your Download

We want you to receive the product you purchased in working condition. Please contact us if:

  • You receive the wrong digital file.
  • Your download link does not work.
  • The downloaded file is corrupted or cannot be opened.
  • A file advertised as part of your purchase is missing.
  • You were accidentally charged more than once for the same order.
  • You completed your purchase but did not receive access to your digital download.

Contact us at support@claritynestdigital.com with your order information and a description of the problem. We will make reasonable efforts to provide a replacement file or resolve the issue.

If we are unable to provide the purchased digital product or correct a material problem with the file, we may issue a refund when appropriate.

Change of Mind

Because digital products cannot be physically returned once delivered or accessed, we generally do not provide refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, including situations where a customer decides they no longer need or want the product.

This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.

Software Compatibility

Our spreadsheet products are primarily designed for Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) unless otherwise stated on the individual product page.

Some products may function in other spreadsheet applications, but formatting, formulas, charts, data validation, or other features may display or operate differently.

Please review the product description and compatibility information before purchasing. Incompatibility with software not listed as supported generally does not qualify for a refund unless otherwise required by law.

Digital Bundles

Digital bundles contain multiple downloadable products as described on the applicable product page.

Because bundle files are digital products, the same refund conditions described above apply once the bundle has been delivered or accessed.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, although processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider.
