All products sold by ClarityNest Digital are digital downloads. No physical products will be packaged, mailed, or shipped.
After payment is successfully completed, customers receive access to their purchased files through the order-confirmation page and/or the email address provided during checkout. Delivery is normally available shortly after payment confirmation.
Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring they can access that email account. If the download email does not appear, please check the spam, junk, or promotions folder.
Products may include Microsoft Excel workbooks, PDF instructions, ZIP folders, or other digital file formats described on the applicable product page. Google Sheets compatibility, when available, will also be identified in the product description.
If you do not receive your files, cannot open a download link, or experience a technical problem with your purchase, please contact us through our Contact page. Include your name, order number, and the email address used during checkout so we can assist you.
Because digital products cannot be physically returned, all refund requests are handled according to the Refund Policy published on this website.
